We have some great news for EV owners making a drive across northern Minnesota. You can now stop by the great city of Roseau for a quick charge up!
Roseau County Ford is now the host of two Level 2 EV chargers – one inside the facility and one on the west side of the building (facing Polaris). The outdoors 32-amp charger is available 24/7 with no fee. Roseau County Ford owner Paul Blomquist says he can’t wait to plug in the dealership’s first all-electric Mustang Mach-E, which should be in stock sometime in January.
“Electric vehicles are the future,” Blomquist said. “Roseau County Ford wants to lead northern Minnesota into that future.”
Thank you to Roseau Electric Cooperative for the installation assistance that will help charge up the community. There will be more charging opportunity announcements in the coming months for both northern Minnesota and eastern North Dakota, so keep your eyes on www.PlugShare.com.
